This customizeable and fully reversible tote bag is the perfect one of a kind piece to express your personal style! Choose your favorite fabric combination from the options below and add your own custom embroidery to the pocket! Most customers choose to embroider a name, but as long as it is 12 characters or under, you can really let your creativity soar!

CUSTOM ORDERS:
By placing a Custom Order, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
Custom Orders are NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled after they have been placed for any reason
Embroidery designs are FINAL, once an order has been placed. If anything is unclear to us, we will reach out to you via email before creating your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any embroidery requests at our discretion.
Custom Reversible Tote Orders have a maximum character limit of 12 including spaces. Any order placed exceeding 12 characters will not be completed. We will reach out one time via email to change the customization and if we do not receive a response within the 5 processing days, your oder will be canceled and refunded.
Custom Reversible Tote Orders are MADE TO ORDER and take an additional 5 days of processing to create (on top of our standard 3-5 day processing time).
For custom order inquires that extend beyond the scope of the Custom Reversible Tote (i.e. large number of totes and/or totes with more than one custom embroidery) please CONTACT us directly. Custom Orders are approved case by case and require extended lead time of at least 10 days (potentially longer depending on the size of the project).
Please note that although we strive to make each piece as perfect as possible, all pieces are made by hand.
